We collect information about you during the payment process in our shop.
What do we collect and store?
While you are visiting our website, we monitor:
- Products you have looked at: For example, we use this to show the products you have recently viewed
- Location, IP address and browser type: We use this for purposes such as tax and shipping estimation
- Delivery address: We require you to enter this so that we can calculate the shipping and send your order before you order!
When you browse our website, we will also use cookies to track the contents of your shopping cart.
When you purchase something from us, we require you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information such as username and password. We use this information for purposes such as:
- To send information about your account and your order
- Responding to your requests, including refunds and complaint
- Processing payments and preventing fraud
- Create your account for our shop
- Fulfilling legal obligations such as invoicing
- Improving our store offer
- Send you advertising and promotional messages if you choose to receive them.
If you create an account, we will keep your name, address, email and phone number. This information will be used when you want to pay for future orders.
We keep information about you for as long as we need it and for the legal period. For example, we will retain 10 years of order information for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address, billing and delivery addresses.
We also store shop reviews or reviews if you add them.
Who has access in our team
Members of our team have access to the information you give us. For example, both administrators and store administrators can access:
- Order information such as what was purchased, when and where it should be sent, and
- Customer information such as your name, email address, billing and delivery information.
Our team members can access this information to fulfill orders, process refunds and assist you.

We share information with third parties who help us deliver orders and store services to you; for example Postnord
Payments
We accept payment via Stripe. When processing payments, some of your data will be transferred to Stripe, including information necessary to process or support payments, such as purchase totals and billing information.
