What size are your flags?

All our flags are 155×90 cm in size.

How to design a flag?

To design a flag, click on the “Products” or “Design now” tab on our homepage. Next, select the desired template and start designing. To move the flag, hold the flag and then you can move it right, left, up and down. To enlarge or reduce a flag, use two fingers on your computer’s mouse pad and then drag your fingers up or down.

Which countries can you choose?

You can select all countries, ethnic groups and minorities available under the ‘Select country’ list when designing your flag.

What is eyelets?

Eyelets are two metal rings or loops attached along the edge of a flag. These eyelets are usually used, for example, to hang a flag or other similar device. The eyelets on our flags are attached together with a thin white border on the left edge of the flag.

Why can’t I combine fringe and eyelets on my flag?

When you choose to have fringe on your flag, the fringe is sewn around all 4 edges of the flag. If you choose eyelets, a white strip with two metal rings is sewn onto the left side of the flag, which means that fringes cannot be sewn onto that side. Hence, you cannot combine both options on your flag.

How long is the delivery time?

We work with pre-orders, which means we collect and send orders every two weeks. Delivery time is approximately 3-5 weeks depending on the load and when you order your flag. The dates for each order are updated on our website and Instagram.

How much is delivery?

Delivery standard rate is 99 SEK, exchanged to your local currency.

Can you only use the flag for graduation?

No, the flags can be used for any purpose desired!

My flag/model does not exist, what should I do?

If your desired model or design is not on our website, you can contact us on Instagram: @flagfinity.

Can I pay with Swish?

No, we only accept card payments at the moment.
