Return policy

At Flagfinity we are committed to delivering high quality custom designed flags to our customers. We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases, so it is important for us to provide information on our returns policy.

We only offer returns if the flag is damaged or broken upon receipt. If you have received a flag that is defective, damaged or misprinted, please contact us at info.flagfinity@gmail.com within seven (7) days of receiving the product. Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.

Please note that the item must be returned in its original packaging and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on custom-designed flags that are not damaged or defective, as these are created according to the customer’s specific wishes and cannot be reused or resold. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
